Steve Helped me as my professional coach over the span of 12 weeks to really determine where my passion lies and how to best pursue it. We performed SWOT analysis on myself, uncovering some interesting things which expanded my understanding of who I am and what I am capable of. Steve is very accessible, professional and was exceedingly helpful to me when I took time off to better plan my professional path. There has been a profound solidification in my mind concerning where my motivations lie and how I can accelerate my career. I will always appreciate what he was able to do, becoming a true partner in my professional development.
